Eligibility Criteria for selection of IT-Gyan Kendras |

| 1. | Proprietor / Head of Organization shall be at least 12th/ HSc passed, Graduate desirable and should possess IT literacy certificate having due recognition. |
| 2. | It shall be a Registered company/firm/society/trust/Private Limited/ proprietary business organization |
| 3. |
| Premises (Own or Rented): |
- At Divisional and District Headquarter - 600 to 1000 sq.ft.
- All other places below District Headquarter minimum 300 sq. ft.

| 4. | Premises to have following areas:
- Reception/counseling area/Theory room/Computer Lab. and basic facilities.
|
| 5. | Hardware requirement:
- At Divisional and District Headquarter:
Minimum 5+1 Computer systems (5 clients + 1 server) in LAN of at least P-IV configuration, 1 printer, 1 UPS, internet connection.
- All other places below District Headquarter:
Minimum 3+1 Computer systems in LAN of at least P-IV configuration, 1 printer, 1 UPS,internet connection.

| 6. | Location in business area for promoting RS-CIT sscourse preferred. |
| 7. | At least 1 RKCL certified faculty/trainer essential before admitting students for RSCIT, for a setup of 3 M/Cs. |
|
Mandate to IT-GK
- Promoting IT Literacy in the region by conducting RS-CIT course.
- Participating in all future IT & ITES projects and supporting all endeavors of RKCL.
- Ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables to the learners.
- Time bound liasioning with and reporting to RKCL authorized representatives.
- Ensuring that any other course similar to RS-CIT is not offered at the IT-GK. Final authority of checking equivalence of other courses offered by IT-GK with RS-CIT is vested in RKCL.
- Ensuring and propagating ethical and fair business practices

Financials*
- Upfront payment of Rs.31000/- including software cost, annual registration fees, processing fee etc.
- Annual renewal fee: Rs. 3500/- only. (After one year) * Details will be provided on final approval of IT-GK.
